Terms of service

These terms govern your use of PlyFill, the browser-based nesting tool for laser cutters at plyfill.com.

The service

PlyFill arranges ("nests") parts from your SVG and DXF cut files onto stock sheets and shows material usage. The arranging runs in your browser. The free plan includes everything on screen with a limited number of daily uploads. PlyFill Pro adds unlimited uploads and downloadable cut files (DXF, SVG, PDF, EPS, including a ZIP of all sheets).

Subscriptions and billing

• PlyFill Pro costs $5 per month or $50 per year, billed by Square. The yearly plan renews automatically each year, the monthly plan each month.
• You can cancel any time from your account menu. Cancellation stops future renewals; Pro access continues until the end of the paid period.
• No refunds. If a renewal payment fails, Pro ends at the end of the paid period unless the payment succeeds. There is no grace period: when your paid period ends without a successful payment, your account returns to the free plan.
• Prices and plan details are shown before you pay. Taxes, if any, are handled by Square.

Acceptable use

Use PlyFill only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to bypass the upload limits, probe or disrupt the service, or access the admin area without authorization. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Cut files are provided as-is — check before you cut

Always check exported files before sending them to your laser. Verify dimensions, kerf behaviour and shared cut lines in your laser software and with a test cut on scrap material. PlyFill does not warrant that any arrangement or export is fit for a particular machine, material or project, and is not responsible for wasted material, machine damage or injuries resulting from a cut.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlyFill's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim (or $0 if you only used the free plan).

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
