Privacy policy

PlyFill is built to know as little about you as possible. Your design files are never uploaded — all arranging happens in your browser.

What we store

• Account details: your email address, display name and a one-way hash of your password (Argon2id — never the password itself).
• Plan and subscription status: which plan you are on, its status and renewal dates.
• Payment records from Square: amounts, dates and Square's own identifiers for customers, cards, subscriptions and payments. We never see or store your card number — card details go straight into Square's hosted fields.
• Usage counts: how many files you upload per day, so we can enforce the free plan's daily limit.
• Export counts: the format and sheet count of each Pro export. The drawing itself is processed in memory and never stored.
• Security data: IP addresses only as one-way hashes, used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

What we do not store

• Your SVG/DXF design files — they are read and arranged entirely in your browser.
• The geometry of your exports — processed in memory and discarded.
• Card numbers or full card details.
• Any tracking or analytics identifiers. There are no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics on PlyFill.

Cookies

Only strictly necessary cookies: your sign-in session, the security (CSRF) token, a device identifier used to count free daily uploads, and — for admins — the admin session. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Processors

We share only what is needed to run the service: Square (payments and subscription billing), Brevo (transactional email such as password resets and receipts), Cloudflare (content delivery and security), and our hosting provider. Each receives only the data its role requires.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself from the Account menu in the app. Deletion is immediate: your account, sessions, upload counts and any data stored for your account are removed. Payment records are kept for accounting and tax purposes, without a link back to you.
